1. Order Placement & Confirmation

Backorders are subject to product restock availability, and we cannot guarantee restock timelines. If you opt for a backorder, we will dispatch the product as soon as it becomes available, and delivery will follow the standard 6-12 business day timeline after dispatch.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return for any unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 60 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Return Policy. Used, opened, or damaged products (unless damaged during shipping) are not eligible for return, with exceptions for defective items.
Once your returned product is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products received, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and relevant proof (e.g., photos of the product/packaging).
